The automatic feeding machine can replace the manual, timing, quantitative, long-distance pipeline transportation, and 180-360 degree feed spreading. It is suitable for various fish ponds or reservoirs and factory-cultured water surfaces. This equipment consists of storage box, unloading device, control box and water throwing device. (see picture 1)

1. Install the feeding box:

  The feeding box should be placed flat in the feed room or outdoor flat ground. A one-meter-long copper rod should be driven into the ground next to the feeding box. The copper rod should be connected to the copper rod and the chassis with a copper wire of more than 4 square meters to prevent leakage of the feeding box.

2. Install the tubular throwing device (see Figure 1)

   1) The tubular throwing device is fastened with three long supporting rods by bolts;

   2) Three short support rods and three long support rods are fastened with bolts;

   3) Float ball is installed at the end of three long support rods.

3.Install feed conveying pipeline

   The size of the feed conveying pipe is φ57 × 3.5mm. One end of the hose is directly connected to the feeding opening of the base of the tube-type throwing device, covered with a clamp locking screw; the other end is connected to the discharge pipe under the storage box, and the hose The hoop is tight. Feed pipelines should be fixed with fixed piles to prevent wind and waves when passing through the water surface; the road sections should be buried about 0.2 meters underground to prevent stepping or being crushed by vehicles.

4. Connect the power:

  1) The automatic feeding machine tube throwing device water motor is connected to a 380V three-phase AC cable, using a three-phase copper core, the wiring must be firm, the grounding must be reliable, and it must be operated by a professional electrician.

  2) The external power supply of the automatic feeder is three-phase 380V, which needs to be directly connected to the main power switch in the electrical box with a 3X6 square millimeter national standard cable.

5. Check and debug after installation

1) Turn on the power switch and manually press the speed regulating feederkey to display 0000. The power supply is normal but the machine cannot start. Check whether the red light on the top of the phase sequence protector is on. Change the position (the machine cannot be started if the phase wire is wrongly connected). Visually check whether the equipment starts normally: 1. The air inlet of the high-pressure fan must be suction, and the rotating blades of the fan will rotate forward; 2. Whether the throwing pipe of the water motor is rotating smoothly and the high-pressure fan is rotating in the direction indicated.

2) Adjusting the size of the throwing area. If the purchased feeder has a frequency converter that can adjust the size of the feeding area, you can turn the knob clockwise to adjust the size of the area within the range of 5-30 meters (frequency conversion The controller has been adjusted before leaving the factory, please do not press other keys on the inverter). Note: The adjustment of the feeding amount can be adjusted by the speed control knob or the feeding time and the feeding interval.
